Sunday a.m. lurkers .. come out come out .. where ever you are !!

Howdy howdy! Wasn't yesterday a beautiful day?? Mr Mo and I went out to run some errands .. I needed to get a birthday gift so we stopped at the Annapolis Mall. I knew what I was getting, but we also did a full lap of the mall from one end to the other. I only stopped to look a the puppies in the puppy store ... and of course Payless .. and bought two pairs of shoes .. as IF I could possibly need any more shoes!!! After a stop at Sam's club we headed home. He disappeared into the RV while I was putting away the stuff from Sam's. When I went out to check on him, I ended up curling up on the sofa and taking a hour plus nap (he claims it was two hours .. but I disagree!!! ) We are breaking in a 'new' server at our usual dinner spot. I am wondering if they change shifts to get away from us ??? nawwwww .. never .. One of the benefits to being a 'regular' is that I can be creative about making up my own meals from the menu. Well, last night they totally messed me up!!! I was trying to change their cheese steak sub .. and in the end the only thing that finally came out right was that it was a wrap .. but the blue cheese wasn't there .. and there were peppers on it .. lol .. but it was still good. I think this may be the year for us to be going to a lot of concerts! I got tickets yesterday to see Tim & Faith at the Verizon center in July. Mr Mo's not so much on them but he's going .. to humor me .. And then Jeff called to see if we wanted to go see Linda Ronstadt at Pier Six in August, so we are doing that too .. and I already have Marty Stuart tix at Ramshead for September. There are a couple of other shows at Pier Six we are thinking about too. Well, I'm off for another cup of coffee. Then I need to take steps toward the shower and getting dressed! Hi Mo, I love Tim and Faith. I got my tickets already for them. I went and saw them last year and Tim was sick and could not sing. I did get my money back though. I can't wait to see them in July. Wanda

I want to see Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Genesis, Huey Lewis and the News, Rush, etc, etc, etc. Let's not forget Dave Matthews and Chicago. What a wish list. Can't do them all, so have to be selective. What a weekend!!!! I worked my remaining tush off. I mowed and all the other things that went with it. I also worked on yard clean up after the winter. By the time I was finished Saturday I was dead. I don't recall haivng muscles hurt so badly. Sunday was a busy fun day also. I did get my laundry done and hung out to dry. I love line dried clothes. I went to Takoma Park to listen to my brother perform. I got there in time to see his last song which he dedicated to me. They were having an Earth Day event at the Food Co-op there. On the way home, I stopped at the Flea Market on Rte 1. I love going there. It was late, but I found a few things. I only walked the outside part as I had my dog with me for the day. She loved all the attention she received. Got home. Got something to drink. Then, it was off to the grocery store. I really didn't want to go. I could have suffered through what I have here in the house, but my cat was completely out of food. I settled down and read for awhile. My son finally appeared. He had gone to Hershey Park this weekend. We talked about the weekend. I also talked to him about not just using space here at home, but actually helping me. The yard was a bit more than I could handle. He had 2 friends stop over for some of my chicken soup. I greeted and then went off to bed. I am amazed at how much I actually accomplished this weekend. I would never have been able to do all of that before surgery.

Well it's Monday morning because I was out yesterday and when i got home was pooped. I was at my frinds daughters 8th birthday party and they live in Bel- Air so the hour drive itself is a drowner. Then had to go to the grocery store when I came home which really tuckered me out. Hubby said he would do it but the last time he went shopping he got nothing right and that was it. He is not allowed to grocery shop. I see you are going to Tim and Faith. So am I. My brother's girlfriend and I are going. We are so excited. This will be my second concert ever. The first was Toby Keith when he came to The naval acadamy a few years ago. Where are you guys sitting. We are pretty close which will be nice. Well enjoy your monday and talk to you soon

My niece, nephew and I are row 103, seats 3,4,5. Last time we went we were in the 300,s. So I hope l like these seats. I'm excited. It should be really good. Wanda
