What fruits are people eating?
I spoke with Kathi this morning -- DVR out of town. She said if I'm not vomiting or anything of that nature it sounds more like a muscle strain -- now that I think of it she's probably right. We did the repast at our church last Sunday and served food and we put Tropical fruit ****tail in a punch bowl that was kinda heavy and I carried the box in the church so the pain maybe a delay from Sunday. She said tylenol and heat so I'll do that. I'll probably hit the chiropractor is it isn't better by Monday.
I changed my chair at work to one where the back locks.
I know about exercising -- its been hard this week -- I haven't done anything in about 7-8 days --too cold and my work schedule changed this week now I come in at 8 AM and am getting up at 6 to get my partner to work and I get off at 4:30 and drive up the street to Security Blvd and pick her up. By the time we get home I am zonked. Hopefully next week will be better.
Just walk if you don't have the energy to do anything else. I wish they had Tai-Chi classes in the area -- those would be good. They are slow and methodical and you would get some movement going as well as some toning.
