Hi Everyone. I just wanted to take a minute to say Hi. I haven't been avoiding the boards, just don't have a lot of personal time. I am stealing a few minutes this afternoon to let you all know that I am doing fine. Thank you to everyone who sent words of encouragement over my scale issues. I don't weigh everyday anymore but I still weigh at least 2x a week. Keeps me honest with myself and my eating/exercise habits. I feel that I am making wiser choices this week (except for the center of the cheese danish I just ate ). I think I need to get back to my scheduled 3 meals and 1-2 snacks a day and no eating in between. The "grazing" is really getting my calorie intake up there I believe. I did manage to workout today. That always makes me feel better. I know I am doing something good for both my body and my mind when I workout. Prom is this weekend and so I am up to my ears in preparations for that. I am helping with the after prom party food so I am trying to finalize who is donating what and determine what needs to be purchased. I am not a last minute kind of person so the fact that none of this is "complete" is driving me bonkers! Of course, we still don't even know how many kids are coming since we are still selling tickets through Thursday. That means I can't finalize how much food we need until that afternoon. I am taking on more and more volunteer responsibilities. I hope it doesn't get to be too much. I am looking forward to doing the PTSA newsletter next year (starting in July) but as I am being shown what needs to be done, it appears that it will be more time consuming than I first thought. Should be fun though. Well, I am almost ready to leave work. Have a great evening y'all. I pray that everyone is doing well and that you are all working hard to follow the rules of the pouch and maximize our tool. Lets all stay focused!!! Keep in mind how far you have come and then give yourselves a great big pat on the back for all your hard work! Hugs, Robin

I got dizzy just reading that. You have been busy. I need to get that way. I have been lacking in the gym department and I am starting to feel it. Havnt gained anything but not really loosing. I am in my peak I guess. I really need to redo my menu. Since I have been home I do see myself grazing and I hate it. I am going to kick my butt in gear if I want to loose some more before I go see my obgyn to talk about baby time. But I have till the end of the year to loose my 50-60 pound goal but maybe I can do more then that. Tommorow I am starting anew and really getting back on the band wagon. I need to track the food and protein I eat. I need to go on that fitday website. I think I will do that tonight. I am glad you are doing good and good to hear from you. Have a great week

Kelly, There is an even better website that I found. It is http://www.calorie-count.com/. I love it. They have a much better data base of foods to choose from. I found that with fitday I was having to create my own database because a lot of the foods I eat are not in theirs. Give it a try. I am going to get back to tracking what I eat too. It really helps! You can do it, WE can do it! Hugs, Robin

I think we can call it a draw! You are super busy too. I don't mind being busy though. It keeps me from getting bored. I want to save those days for when I am off of work and want to just relax so then I can "enjoy" boredom. Hugs, Robin
