Does anyone know what types of surgery are approved by Kaiser Permanente?

I had Kaiser but switch in january. At the present time they was not doing lapband, but might have change since, Hope this helps.

I also have Kaiser and did call Member Services. Kaiser does cover the Lap Band. It may depend on the surgeon and which operation they perform.
