YVETTE, Hi, I saw that you were from Capital Heights; I live in Waldorf, but have family in Capital Heights and I am in that area all the time. Hope all goes well with your surgery. I am currently a Kaiser member and the process is very long - especially when you do not do the "right" things like me. I have been working at this for a few years now, but I have not been fully committed. Kept going back and forth on whether I should have the surgery. FEAR!! I feel that I am finally ready. I need to work on losing about 30 lbs and I will be on my way. Good luck with everything. I look forward to reading your posts to see how everything works out. I am so bad about posting.. but I'm trying to do better
