After relaxing most of the morning with my roommate watching tv, I decided to go see about getting my hair trimmed. It was really looking nasty. I have also hated looking in the mirror at ALL my gray. I'm just not ready to be so gray. So- off to see the only person I allow to touch my hair. I asked him if he thought it was okay to dye my hair. Jeff checked it out and said yes let's do it. He spent the next 3 hours on my head. He dyed the base and ends a medium brown with auburn undertones. Then he hightlighted it blonde. OH MY- what a difference. The cut is cute also. It really makes my face look thinner. He curled it also knowing I wouldn't be able to maintain the curl afterwards. Jeff always likes to have me looking finished when I leave his chair. I'll post some pictures when I get them taken.

Cant wait o see the new do. It is always a great feeling leaving a salon with your hair all done up. I want to color my hair so bad but I'm scared It will all fall out. It has been getting alot better but I'm still going to wait to color till it is 100%

I waited because I was afraid my hair loss would get worse. I was able to get some Nioxin shampoo and conditioner. A beautician got it for me at her cost at a beauty supply shop. It was $15 as opposed to $30 or more. Jeff looked over my scalp and detrmined it was safe. Doesn't hurt to ask a professional you trust. I decided to let Jeff do it this time instead of doing it myself. I didn't want any booboos. I think it was well worth the money, this time.

Yes that shampoo is expensive but does work great. I was a hairdresser and stopped because of my weight. It was hard standing on our feet for 8 hours. So I will know when I can do it but I'm gonna wait and let my friend use professional color on it instead of home color which I used even when I worked in a salon and got my hair done free. Thats the one thing I miss about it Free service and discount products. But my hairdresser now is an old co-worker so she still gives me discounts which is nice. Cant wait to see he new do

Glad to hear you like your new do!!!! Sounds like you enjoyed yourself! I am 34....had gray and white hair since I was 17! Needless to say I have become the hairdye queen! I am thinking about having my long locks cut off.......but I am a tad afraid! That is a big deal to me.....going from about 14 inches to what 6 or 7???????? Scarey!

Watch out there now. They say changes are going to take place when a woman changes her hairstyle.
