Hey girl, I replied to Lori on how to paste the ticker on your profile. I will definitely post on the BAF forum and see if I can get some help. Thanks! Cira

Hey Cira, I was able to cut and past the ticker to my introduction; however, it doesn't show up when I post a message to the board.

Now what you need to do is copy and paste it to your signature by going to the main board page then click on user setting on the left hand side. then after you click on that just paste it to the signature area. Let me know if you need further help. Have a great day! Cira

Hi Cira, I found this website.... www.thinnerself.com and use it to keep track of my numbers. I wasn't sure if you wanted something on your profile or an outside website. You can save your numbers and mark it as a favorite site then go back and update it from time to time. Hope this helps. Take care, Sue

Hi Cira, I am actually a computer programmer and in the end...I found something manual that I just love. Since the nutritionist at the Sinai program insists on having you keep a food diary, I followed her recommendation and picked up the Diet Minder Personal Food and Fitness Journal. I picked it up at Barnes and Nobel for about $15. It is spiral bound and about the size of a steno notebook. Now, while I got it to keep track of food and vitamins, it also has a place to record weight and notes section right next to it. It also has a couple of goals pages at the beginning and end, along with some graph like pages to track changes. I don't leave home without it anymore. I am able to track calories, fat, protein, fluids, meds, and a host of other things. Just my opinion, but I love it. They also have other journals that deal with fitness and health, vacations, and personal health. Hope things are going well my friend, Dave
