Hi, everyone...I went in for surgery early Thursday morning and just got home today. I'm feeling pretty good. Not a lot of pain just sore. I still feel really tired and just too full. I guess what I'm scared of now is knowing when I'm full and when I'm hungry. My surgeon says I won't feel hungry for a while so I'm not really worried about that. I've been walking and sipping constantly. Any other advice for my first week? I know I'm on liquids but what did you guys do? I finally made it!!!!

Welcome home Jamie! Sounds as if everything went according to plan. Can't remember the feelings of fullness that far back, but I know that if you stray too far, your body will tell you. Keep sipping, keep walking. You're on your way now. TraciL

Just sip and take it slow. When I went on full liquids, I kind of just licked the spoon. I didn't really take any spoonsfuls until about 3 weeks out. Your body will tell you when you have had too much. You get this one more bite and that's it.. I'll retaliate. Off to the porcelen goddess you will go to . Don't pu**** Hunger appeared for me around 3 months. I am just shy of 6 months now. Aime
