Iron

Hi Everyone, I have been getting my iron thru injections, what kind of iron do you all take??? Need to find something that does not taste like iron or have an after taste which give he the dry heaves. What is the dose we need to take??? Thanks Bobbie

Hi Bobbie, I take a capsule called Folitron. My surgeon put me on it right after surgery and I will take it for the rest of my life....OK at least until menopause, I believe! That does not have an aftertaste that I can tell and it hasn't been a problem for me. The only thing that I have to do is take it on a full tummy or it can upset me. ~Heather

I haven't been put on any iron yet. I think I am keeping my level well. A.
