Cira Update

Well we just got back from seeing Cira and she is doing better. Heather said she looked alot better compared to the other night when her and Heather Modispaw went to see her. She is getting up by herself and they let her take off the oxygen nose things. They want her to walk around today and DVR said maybe she could go home tonight but then his assistant came in a little later and said maybe tommorow. So fingers crossed she gets to come home tommorow. She still feels pain when she takes deep breathes but they are giving her meds. Hope you all have agreat day kelly

I stopped in to see Cira this afternoon as well. I thought her color was very good. We had a nice visit. We walked the hall 2 times taking breaks as she needed. As I left they were preparing to bring her some maalox and pain medication. she started to experience some heartburn that they think is due to things being irritated. They hope the maalox will help her out this evening. Her evening nurse came in when I was there. I remembered her as being one of my nurses when I was there. She said she thought she remembered me. I seriously doubt that as they always have some many new faces all the time. But she congratulated me on my progress so far. Oh- I brought Cira some tiny blooming daffodils to bring some sunshine to her room and days in the hospital. Aime

I'm glad to hear that Cira is doing "better" I've been praying for her recovery. I know she will pull through these complications, I was just sorry to hear, that someone that's been so "supportive" (that's CIRA) of others, had some "events" as we call them. Not that anybody deserves any extra complications, it was just really upsetting. I know we "all" want this surgery so much, and we risk a lot to have it? I will continue to Pray that, she will get well, and recovery Really Soon!! I will post a special prayer here, right now: Dear God, Please watch over a really special "Angel" her name is Cira, and she has been really supportive of a lot of people on this website, Please Heal and Restore in her strength and the willingness to fight this battle. Please Bless her family and Loved ones, by also giving them strength and guidance, through this recovery statge. Thank You!! God for the love and "support" that others have shown to each other, and May We continue to "support" one another for now and & Always!! In Jesus, Name Amen!!! God Bless you!!
