Water aerobics & Kick boxing

I just wanted to let those who live in baltimore know that there are excellen****er aerobics classes and kickboxing classes offered at my gym. No I dont secretly work for themor anything that is not why I am putting in this pkug I just think that classes are great and I want more people to benefit from them. The classes are offered at the League on the corner of coldspring ln and the alameda. If you are interested please contact me and I will give you more information.

Do you think they can adapt for short people? I took a water aerobics class once and the instructor would watch how close my nose was to going under to change the directions. Aime
