Daylight Savings Time

Can you explain what a spinning class is? When I first read it, I thought spinning thread....

:wave Aime Spinning is a form of stationary bike class. The bikes are actually a little 'different' .. you stand while peddling sometimes. At Big V the classes are in a darkened room with VERY loud pulsing music. I've seen an ad on TV for a spinning bike that comes with DVD's etc. I guess if that was the only thing I wanted to do I might invest in a bike like that, but I already have a stationary bike at home that I don't use This might explain it ... www.spinningtv.com Hugs, Mo
