I love Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds - but be forewarned that it doesn't actually work unless you put it into the DVD player and get up off your butt and use it. I have tried numerous ways to reap the benefits of the DVD by not really doing the actions and putting in the time, but it just doesn't work! She has different length workouts. When you master one, you graduate onto another. I believe they were 1 mile, 2 miles and then onto 3 miles. Sometimes I use handweights to achieve a different type of workout. There's also a stretchy belt that comes with the DVD's, but mine has long since flown the coop. I think it ran away due to non-use. Best of luck, and here's the website - http://www.lesliesansone.com/ Let us know if you get them, and how it works for you. TraciL

Hi Ebony, My mom just gave me Kathy Smith's Upper Body workout and I'm trying it for the first time this evening. She loves it. I am having major upper arm issues with skin so I hope this helps! I have one more month before I can start working my abs WOOHOO and I think she has another one of her videos for that. ~Heather

I don't have any DVD recommendations; however, if you have Comcast you can go to ONDEMAND and to the health and fitness section and they have exercises for different parts of the body. Some exercises can go from 6 minutes to 20 minutes. They are gradual exercises and you can increase the time as you progress in your exercise.
