WOW! Congratulations 
That is encouraging news since I am now entering my third week after surgery. And you can go right ahead and "say so yourself" that you look good. I haven't weighed myself since my first post-op examine and I was down to 271 -- now just a 115 more to go before I reach my pre-police weight.
And of course I had to response -- how many NaDines do you know around here!

. I'm glad I can be and encouragement someone. When I first found this site I would go to the question and answer section, I'd look at the MD message board daily, and I'd read as many profiles as I could. It really helped me. You'll get to your goal before you know it. I never thought I'd see a 14 again in this lifetime
