Red Leather !!!!

I am SOOOOOOOO excited !!!! I have lusted for a full length RED leather dress coat forever (from before I had WLS even .. ) and I swore if I ever got to goal I would have my coat . the cost be damned !!! Well, as it happened today I had a chance to stop at the Partners In Care Upscale Thrift Boutique in Severna Park and I found my coat!!! I tried it on and put it back . then tried it on and put it back .. and so on .. several times. It was a bit more than I wanted to spend .. and I mentioned that to the lady at the counter. She pointed out the sign on the rack that I had totally missed .. All winter coats 50% off .. sooooooooo .. my new perfect RED leather dress coat was $75. I can snap it but not the way it's intended to close. When I lose these pounds that snuck back on it should be just fine and even losing more beyond those pounds the coat should still be perfect. (or I can wear a heavy sweater under it .. ) Now I just need it to stay cool enough to wear it for a few weeks before I put it away for the season!!! Actually, it's not really 'heavy' enough to classify as a winter coat and the way it is cut, the front is very open so you wouldn't wear it in frigid weather anyway! Ok, time to get downstairs and finish vacuuming the family room and back up the stairs. Have a wonderful evening!! (I'm going to try AGAIN with the pictures later !!!) Hugs, Mo

signing " lady in red is dancing............lol. You go Mo. I would love to have anice leather coat when I am smaller. I have the one that belonged to my dad. But it is heavy as crap. It is a Harley Davidson jacket and My aunt was about to throw it out after he passed and I told her no I wanted it. That was his riding jacket ( he had a harley) and i couldnt see it just thrown in the garbage. But it is really heavy. One day when I have a football player son (lol) he can wear it. I'm such a future thinker. LOL Have fun vacuming. Kelly

Vacuuming was a blast .. NOT .. but the downstairs is done and I did the stairs before I pooped out .. so tomorrow night I have to do up here .. that leaves mopping the front hall for Thursday night .. This doing domestic stuff is DRAINING!!! but I have the energy and stamina to do it .. Hugs, Mo

Hi Cira! Still no luck with the pictures. I think I need to resize them before I can upload them. My camera makes HUGE file sizes for pictures and it's always a production. I was busy vacuuming and being the domestic diva last night so by the time I sat down after dinner, I was too pooped to play with them. Hi Traci! Red is DEFINITELY my color! Even when I was MO I loved red and would look like a round apple waddling around in my bright red stuff!!! I love all sorts of colors but tend to wear a lot of red and black especially. I think those colors do the most for my hair and skin! I just realized .. yall can see THE coat on the 8th!!! Hugs, Mo
