Thank You Cira. It was a good snowy day. I hope your little ones had fun in he snow. It was the perfect snow to play in. I saw kids on the corner playing in it and wanted to stop and play but didnt want them to think I was some crazy lady. It is times like today i wish I had kids of my own. I remember when my brother and I were young my mom bundling us up and going outside to sled and snowmans. Ahhh to be a kid again...lol. Thank you Heather. I cant believe it is snowing on my b-day. Thats a first. So our plans to go to The Cheesecake factory were killed so we went to Applebee's instead. Still good and close. Happy birthday Kelly!!! We went out early thinking the RV show opened at 10 and of course it didn't open until 11 so we sat in the truck and watched it snow and read the newspaper. What a bunch of snow wimps though .. a lot of the displays for campgrounds didn't even show up or were shutting down early because of the snow! There wasn't a crowd at the show but I couldn't believe how much traffic there was on the beltway on the way back down Now we are home with a big blazing fire in the fireplace watching the race. Hi Mo I hate when I am early to things that arnt open yet...lol. I guess those camping people didnt think anyone would go in this weather. Did you get to look at some RV's? I told my husband when we decide to buy a house it has to have a fireplace now that I am always cold. When we went out this afternoon I was surprised at how many people were on the road. Thanks for the b-day wishes and have fun watching the race. My brother called me and I heard it in the background. He loves Nascar. Dale Earnhardt is one of his fav's. Actually, I am not sure why we still go to the Maryland RV show, it's mostly towables and pop ups and we are diesel RV types There weren't a whole lot of class A motor homes to begin with and even fewer diesel ones. I always look at a few 5th wheels and other things that might catch my eye, but just because I am nosy . not because they are anything we are really interested in Usually, Beckleys has a fairly good selection of 'buses' in the far corner of the Cow Palace and today .. they had like 2 .. what a let down .. We will go to Hershey again in September and spend two days looking at LOTS of RVs .. lol Being a woman of 'that' age of hot flashes etc .. it's sort of nice that I am cold a lot now because it balances out the temperature .. when I'm having one of those personal summer things .. it's not quite so bad. But I do love our fireplace. I say our next house will have a gas fireplace because they are easier and cleaner .. but we will see. Hugs, Mo
