still trying to find work out buddy in Frederick

Well, I gotta say I am fast losing hope. I have been looking for several months both here and on the lap band board to find someone in the frederick area to exercise with. Guess there just aren't many Frednecks around here. Anyways..... if you know anyone in my area that wants an exercise buddy please contact me Thanks Faith

Faith, Are you working out at a gym or on your own? I finally broke down and joined a gym a few months ago and while I don't have a 'buddy' there are always people around while I am working out. Big Vanilla runs various 'extra' programs and if you don't have a buddy they will assign you to a team to work out with. Best wishes as your WLS journey continues. Hugs, Mo
