Back on track: success
Just a little update to say getting back on track with focus on protein, water, fruits/veggies, exercise and decreasing refined carbs WORKS! My one month Curves anniversary this week finds me down 7 pounds. Yippee!
To those who feel they've lost their way....YOU CAN GET BACK TO BASICS AND KEEP USING YOUR WLS TOOL. I am living proof........
