Well, in 3 more days it will be my 3 month anniversary. I went to my PCP yesterday for a checkup and get my blood work done before my visit next week with my surgeon. My PCP doctor was stunned at my physical change. I have lost 51 pounds! I have gone from a 16-18 to a 12. All in three months? I can't believe it myself! I hope I 'm not dreaming, this is just too good to be true!

Thanks, I feel like I'm doing good. Without the posts on this board, I would have no idea what I was doing. Geez, it sure is cold! Diet hot choc sounds good!!
