I had my lap rny with Dr. Von Reuden 5 months ago. I'm looking for a support group on the eastern shore. Does anybody know of one?

I am from Baltimore. I had lap RNY with DVR also. This group right hre is one of the best support groups you can find in the absence of a group in person. Aime

Hi Jeanie, You might check with Delmarva Bariatric (Dr Michael Sofronski) in Salisbury and see if their support group is open to other than their own patients. Unless they have changed their schedule, there is a support group meeting weekly. Best wishes as your WLS journey continues. Hugs, Mo

Hi Jeanie! Yep, me, too! Welcome! I worship at the shrine of DVR! Although I know you want a "physical" support group, please know that this bunch here is one of the best!! Hi Jeanie welcome to the MD Boards. I dont know of any support groups on the Eastern Shore but We have one in Crofton. How far away from the Bay bridge are you? Our next meeting is March 8th from 6-8 p.m. At the Crofton Branch Library on Reidel Road. It's about 15-20 minutes from the bay bridge. Hope you can come. Have a great week Kelly
