You are absolutely right Traci, it IS my birthday today! and tonight is the long awaited Bob Seger concert in DC and the weather is gonna be borderline. The plan is that Jeff and Wendy are picking us up at 5 and I think we are going to just go to New Carrollton for the Metro, so the driving shouldn't be TOOOO very bad even if the weather is iffy.
