Is my surgeon going to ask me?

At the final consult with my surgeon is he going to probaly ask me for my portion of my out of pocket costs, for my surgery??

I really have no idea since my insurance covered everything and all I paid was a $10.00 copay. But the best bet is to call them and ask them how they do it since it is very different with everyone. Wishing you all the best. Cira

Thanks, for responding I freaked, just thinking about that? I did call today, but the Dr. Office didnt call me back as yet, however I did talk with the receptionist, and she says she thinks, that they just bill the insurance, and perhaps I may get my out of pocket expense at a later date? I just hope she's right!! Then I thought why would they set everything up, to go, and then spring that on me suddenly? I paid for my nutritionist info. appts. that was not covered by the insurance. Call them again if they don't don't call you back by tomorrow. It is always good to be sure I hate those type of surprises. Thank you so much for the good wishes and congrats. I just came home from shopping for all the stuff I needed for after the surgery. All I need to do is get my nails and feet done and I am good to go! Yipppeeee I am so excited. Thank you again. Cira
