Hi Everyone

01/30/2007 WOW!! its been quite awhile since I posted and so much has changed. My grandchildren are healthy and happy and we had wonderful holidays with them all. My second son got married on the 12th of January and is now venturing on his way..and guess what, that was the last of 7 at home.... Okay so now onto the weight loss. December was an excellent month for me, I lost about 19lbs! I hit the 201 mark the end of December and stalled there bouncing between 201 and 204 for 3 weeks and then BOOM...in one night I dropped down to 199.7lbs, then 198.2, then 197.6...yup...I am out of the 200's for good. I am now wearing 14/16's depending on the cut and again loving the new me that keeps evolving. Getting some of those old cravings but I have so far been able to fight them off without depriving myself and its working. I hope all my friends are doing well and I'll make sure to post again in less then 3 months this time.

Rosaline, I'm not sure which is the greatest accomplishment - the fact that you made it through 7 kids, or the weightloss. I'll congratulate you on both!! Yikes! Can't wait until I'm out of the 200's. It's got to be the greatest feeling. Keep up the good work. TraciL
