NEED SOME INFORMATION

Can anyone tell me if any doctors who perform gastic by-pass do or will take medicaid and how I may contact them Phone would be good. thank you

i am in the same boat as you. been trying to find out for about a week now. i have both medicare and medicaid. from what i have searched they will not cover it but i will be calling my local offices to find out because i know every state is different. i am also in maryland. i've been told if it is medically neccesary they will cover it. but i will find out for sure and will keep you informed. tammy

Gary, I am not sure if Delmarva Bariatric in Salisbury accepts Medicaid patients but you might try them. Best wishes with your WLS journey. Mo
