I was here and gone early. I did sleep in a little today. I have had an amazing day. Last night I realized that I have bones: collar bones, cheek bones, and hips bones. I can actually feel them. I ran my hand down my side and realized that the saddle bags have disappeared. I also tried on a shirt I had purchased for my sister for Christmas. My family holiday gathering had been postponed due to illnesses and we scheduled again for today. I had to search out all of the gifts as they had long been put away. For fun, I tried on the shirts. They fit!!!! I kept one. The shirt is a medium. I plan to wear it tomorrow.
This morning I went through my dresser looking for something to wear to this gathering. I wanted something casual but nice. I tried on several pairs of my pants and realized that I just can't fake it wearing them anymore. I grabbed a pair of jeans my youngest sister had given me, but they were way too small at the time. The fit me like a glove today. Size 16W. I was a 24 when I started this journey.
I loved hearing everyone in my family say "Look at you skinny." I was a bit apprehensive before I went as family often times can be so hard on each other. I felt so much support from them today. For once, I felt complete support. Wow!! They even had a beautiful cake for my son and niece. Ruby is 6 tomorrow and Geoff will be 21 on Thursday. I didn't even want to stick my finger in the frosting. I also needed to walk a little after we ate. I finally sw my sister's entire yard. In the past, when we would gather in the summer everyone would be out in her yard playing. I just sat thinking I don't want to walk all the way out there. I walked her yard with ease today. She has lived in her house now for about 6 years. What a lovely yard she has too.
Tomorrow I go to Bally's for the free membership. I can't wait to see what they have to offer.

Ohhh Aime,
I have tears in my eyes for your beautiful WOW moment. i am just so happy and proud for you. Girl a size 16 huh? Amazing in just such a short time. Tell me what does your male friend think of that? I would love to hear.
I am so happy to read that you had a wonderful time with your family and that they supported you.
I hope I can make it tomorrow so I can see you.
Hugs,

Hi Mo! You're a true inspiration on this exercise thing. Now Kelly has joined the bandwagon. I'm starting to look bad! Wish we had a gym close. Would love to join one. Until then, I guess I'll keep doing hand weights and I purchased "The Bean". Really cool way to get the sit-ups in without killing the back. Nice weather is coming, so walking is just around the corner. Keep up the good work you two!
