Good Thursday Morning Everyone!!!! Well, first I am so glad it's Thursday....my boss is out of town from today and not coming back to wor****il February 5th The office butthead is in rare form already and since it's a little slow I can hear her more than when I am busy. I did get some good news yesterday though! The VP of my company wants to put me in the next newsletter we send out to customers! I am very flattered and feel good about it. It'll have my picture and a little blurb about me, my job....etc. My boss said that because they think I do a good job and have been here for awhile the VP would like to put me in. WOW.....that means that I'll be representing the company Finally over my cold and upper chest stuff so I'm going to make a real effort to go to the pool on Saturday morning for the water aerobics. I have really been slacking in the exercise department (slap my hand). My protein intake is good and I finally went and got my hair cut last week. She didn't see any thinning spots so that's a good thing! I have been out with someone a few times but he has turned out to be a real no-no so I don't think I'll be out with him again. Maybe just as friends but he is definatly NOT serious relationship material. It's pretty cool how my options have begun to open up and I find myself less tolerable of bad behavior. I think when I was at my heaviest I put up with more because I didn't have a good self-image of myself and I didn't really like who I was on the outside. Mo....awesome on the gym that's very cool! I give you credit for getting up and out that early in the AM. Terry, I'll keep McMom in my prayers for tomorrow and hope this is the end of her ordeal. Looking forward to seeing everyone on Sunday! Hope everyone has a great and happy day!!!!! ~Heather

Hiya girlie I think it's awesome that they want to feature you in the newletter thingy! You will be a great representative for the company! Sorry Mr Maybe Right seems to have turned into Mr Butthead .. but best you figure it out now .. I know the right guy is out there .. you are a gorgeous woman and some guy is just gonna fall over in a faint at your feet one day soon! I am truly enjoying the gym thing. It's just enough to get the blood pumping at 5 a.m. I really am having so much fun with the circuit that I wish I had time to do a 3rd round, but that would put me behind getting home and showered, etc. I have always wanted to try water aerobics, but the whole idea of trying to be on time for a class or scheduling my life around an 'organized' thing just isn't in my life plan right now. Maybe down the road when I venture into other areas. Big V has the pool and I am thinking swimming might be 'fun'. I haven't been near the pool except to see it when I did my orientation/visit. Take care! See you Sunday. Hugs, Mo

AAAwwww thanks Mo! That's sweet! I love to swim and my dad always called me a fish, I've been swimming since I was knee-high! It's easy on the body and I find I can do more than with the other stuff right now. The circuit sounds wonderful and I used to do that before but I get bored too easily and that's not a good thing. Maybe once I take of the next 60 pounds I want to lose I'll feel differently. I'm down 71 pounds and feel pretty darn tootin' good about that! I can't believe that I actually lost the equalivent of a small child! Sad to think I was carrying that around on my poor body but wonderful that it's gone! BTW...Tia, Hang in there girl! I know it's been a rough week for you....finally had a chance to read some more posts. It'll get better! Looking forward to seeing you Sunday. Robin, it sounds like you have your hands full as well! I'm with you on the salty crunchy stuff. I found a cracker at Trader Joe's that takes care of that 'need' for me. It's pretty low-cal, etc but packs a good crunch! I can eat about 8-10 of them and I'm satisfied. ~Heather

Thanks for the encouragement, Heather! Tomorrow, I'll be in Annapolis, so it'll either be better or worse - kind of like wls - it's a spin of the wheel!!! Anyway, do tell about the cracker at Trader Joe's - I LOVE Trader Joe's! I used to go to the one in Towson, but I felt like I was on a merry-go-round trying to get off the York Road round-about!!!! Now, there's one right down the street from the office in Pikesville. I love that they sell Greek yogurt - somewhat higher in carbs than normal, I think, but loaded with 20 g. of protein a cup - unsweetened, I use it like sour cream, sweetened with Splenda and s/f jam, it's yummy! So....share!! Tia

Hey there Ms. Tia!!!! The crackers are called Savory Crackers.....I'll bring some with me on Sunday. Can't think of all the nut info right now. I just like the taste and the crunch since I still can't do salads or raw veggies yet. My parents live near the Trader Joe's in Towson and I went there once...just once. LOL Didn't like the parking situation and I agree about the merry-go-round. Love Trader Joe's and there is one in Annapolis that I go to...thank goodness parking isn't a problem there! I haven't tried the Greek yogurt but I have seen it....maybe I'll have to give it a try next time I go. I love that they sell Designer Whey Protein Powder and it's $9.99 a canister. I can stomach that powder and the Unjury only....every other one I've tried doesn't agree with me. Hope you are having a good afternoon!!!!!!!!!! ~Heather
