To stay home or not

I came home with a sinus headache last night after work. I tool some tylenol and went to rest for a little while. The tylenol didn't make me feel too well. I assumed it was due to needing some food. I got up, ate some soup, and chatted with Cheryl for a few minutes. I went back to bed and took some more tylenol. Before I knew it, I was in the bathroom. the tylenol didn't work. I went back to bed with a hot washrag. I feel a little better this morning. No more pain, but I still have the pressure there. I have to go out as I have my gyn appt at 8 am. I have a bad habit of trying to make it to work and ending up leaving because I am just not feeling well. I think I need to call out today. What do you think? Aime

oh Aime, I'm sorry you're not feeling well. I can understand the not knowing whether to call out thing. I will often DRAG myself to the office thinking it will get better when I get there or figure that I can always go home if I don't feel better. Of course, once I am there it's really tough to leave. If you have the time to take .. take the day for you to rest and feel better. Hugs, Mo

Morning Aime, Sorry to hear your still not feeling the greatest. If you have sick time I would stay home and rest, it is always harder to come back home once you're there. Was great chatting to you last night. Hope you feel better soon. Take care! Hugs, Cherryl
