Okay so I forgot to tell you all about my NSV from Saturday's football game!!! So the last time I went to a Ravens game we walked up the ramps to the upper upper upper level. I remember having to stop a few times from being SO winded. That was 3 years ago. WELL, this time I walked straight up without stopping, was NOT winded, and I never even broke a sweat!!!! WOOOHOOOOOOO!!!! I was also more comfortable in my seat and didn't rub elbows (or fat rolls) with the extremely cute guy who sat to my right. The other extremely cute guy to my left was my husband..so don't tell him! hehehe Anyway, I was just telling Heather M that I've been hovering at 262 for a while and that I'm in the middle of my TOM. Well we ALL know we should never weigh ourselves at night but I just did and to my surprise the scale said 260. SO, with any luck in the morning the scale will say that I am in the 250s!!!!!!!!!! Keep your fingers crossed for me. This is SO exciting!!!!

That's terrific Heather! I know when I was at the game on Saturday I remarked to my sister that I couldn't have done this 129lbs ago...she agreed. Losing this weight is so liberating - really makes you realize all you were missing out on! I'm sure you'll make it to the "250's", you're doing great! Have a Wonderful Day! Take Care, Terry
