Hey Moie - Go down to my post about DVR's support group meeting - she posted there and updated me on her progress. All systems are go for our Cira - they've submitted her paperwork for approval and hopefully, she'll hear something in about two weeks. As far as her sick kids, she really didn't say, she was too busy dancing!!! Going to Annapolis tomorrow morning to kind of learn the lay of the land, so I may not "talk" to you until after I get back to Pikesville! CYA, Tia

Thank you but I was wondering how my avatar changed back to the old pic?? I didn't do it. Iknow that when I first changed it, it took forever to show and I think I tried putting the old one back in thinking the new one was not taking. lol I will change it back. Anyway this pick is 1 1/2 years old. I had long hair all the way past my waist but when my Mom passed away I donated 18 inches of hair to Locks of Love in honor of my Mom since she ost the battle to cancer. The pic you commented on was taken like 2 months ago. I had just washed it and put some gel and that was it nothing major. lol Thanks for the compliment. hugs, Cira

Hi Mo, Thank you so much for checking up on me. Yes I was having a major hard time with my 2 year old. He got sick and I thought perhaps he had what my daughter had 2 weeks prior. But he started breathing really labored and was in a lot stress. he had a fever of 103.6 and I took him into the pediatrician Sunday morning they gave him a nebulizer treatment and sent me straight to Holy Cross ER. We spent the day in the hospital with my son getting an 1 hour nebulizer treatment plus they put him on steroids too. As soon as he was breathing comfortable he was sent home. My son only had a neb treatment when he was 4 months old because he had RSV. Now we are not sure if he has asthma or it was a real bad upper respiratory infection with asthma symptoms. Thank God he is doing a lot better I took him for a follow appointment yesterday and now he gets the nebulizer every 6 hours instead of 4. So he is due to go back Friday morning for another follow up. It has been a rough few days but the worst is over thank goodness. As for my last visit yes and I am please to say I lost 3 1/2 pounds and I was only over by one pound from November's first visit. So I weigh 246.5 now. Sloan was actually pleasantly surprised and congratulated me. Kathy came in to see me and told me she was putting in for the approval. Then I saw Ann the counselor and she was really nice. Then I got a surprised visit by DVR he came in and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. He answered all my questions and I left there really happy yesterday. I called my insurance to see if they had put in for the authorization and they told me it is being reviewed!!!! Yippppeeeee I am so excited I can't wait to hear from them. it should take abotu 2 weeks I was told. I am so sorry I will not be able to make it to the tea party. My husband is not off for that weekend. But maybe the next one. Thank you so much for all the love and support you have given me. You are truly a blessing to me. Hugs, Cira

Oh Sweetie ((( HUGS ))) You have really had a time with the little one. He was probably scared too. I'm happy to hear that he's on the mend. Wowee!! 3 1/2 pounds .. that is great and you are on your way to being a loser. I'm sure your approval will come through quickly and we will be reminding you to walk walk walk and sip sip sip We will do a tea party another time and plan it for a time when you can be there! Thank you so much for the hugs!!! I really needed those. My poor little boy was really scared especially when the albuterol would raise his heart rate and make him all jittery. You know what was really scary that I really gained 4 1/2 pounds when I went to the December's visit then right after Christmas I had gained 3 1/2 more. I nearly freaked out when the scales showed I was 253. On the 26th of Dec I started using body of fortress and eating a lean cuisine, healthy chouice or michelina's meals. I then lost 4 but kept going back up 2 and 3 pounds. Then 2 weeks ago I was telling my husband if I don't lose the original 4 pounds I gained DVR is not going to accept me. I had a lot of water weight too and so I doubled my water intake and lost another 3 1/2. So that made me only one pound over the original weight of 245 in Nov. girl I was really stressing over this. I am glad I am done. Now to continue doing the right until that date comes. What a relief! phewwwww. lol Cira
