Water Arobics

For anyone interested. Riva swim center has water arobics every Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m to 9:30 a.m. It is walk in and only costs $5.00. I know Heather M (churchton) and Robin Dixon were interested. So wanted to remind those two and tell anyone else surrounding the Annapolis area about it. It's fun and they have a big hot tub we get in after. It's great if you have arthitis or knee problems. Hope everyone has a great weekend. Take Care Kell ~ The also have other classes during the week if you are interested to. But Sat mornings are only pool admission. The others is like a membership pay.

Kelly, I got a little glimpse of that last night and I forgot to ask about it. Glad you posted this because I have major arthritis problems since I was 8 years old. Being older and heavy has made everything worse. When are you guys going to start going? I need to purchase a bathing suit oh my goodness! But whatever it takes to exercise and help me with this pain. Thanks for posting this. Cira

hello again....lol Yes it starts back up 1 week from saturday so that would be the...... 13th. Yeah I have arthitis because of weight and I was a hairdresser for almost 8 years and that is a big factor in hairdresser and my knee's well thats a whole other story. But yeah we love it. This will also look good to our surgeon. He will see you are exercising along with your diet. Do you know where Riva swim center is? We get in the hottub after and it's great cause the water is a little cold at first but when you get moving it gets a little better. Talk to you soon Kell

Morning Cira It's the Arundel Olympic Swim Center on Riva Road. If you come down I-97 and get off at Riva Road, take a right coming off the ramp. The swim center will be on the right hand side, it is between the County's Heritage Office Complex and Annapolis H.S. Hope you have a good time with the pool! Hugs, Mo

Thanks Mo! Do you think I can find a swimsuit In January? anywhere? I will be checkign tomorrow, been home all day with my 5 year old still very sick. That strep throat is really kicking her butt. 103 fever, constant coughing, can't swallow and some more stuff. I am exhausted I haven't slept much in a few days. "sigh" Cira

Hi Cira, I saw bathing suits at Sam's Club a few weeks ago (probably for the winter vacation/cruise types). I'll bet they start showing up in stores soon though. Hope your little one is feeling better soon. That has to be tough on both of you. Hugs, Mo
