Naming our support group

Ok so it is a rainy boring day and I was emailing a newbie our supposrt group dates and thinking to my self we should come up with a name instead of Crofton Support group. If anyone has ideas please pass them by. Something catchy something funny. Whatever you can think of. Hope everyone has a great weekend Kell

Hey Cira - Nope, I don't come to the Crofton meetings - geographically unacceptable from Essex!!! No, not really, but it's not right around the corner, either! DVR's next support group is 1/17, and I can appreciate the child care issues you have, so if you can't make it, I'll take notes for ya! Mo is in charge of our next get-together, and I know she's gathering input, so if you have any ideas, please chime in. Nothing new to report, I can't believe it's been 17 months already!! Once you have the surgery, you'll be amazed at how time flies!!! On that front, how's it going? Don't you have to meet with Sloane soon? The 11th? Hang in there, it'll happen. Have a good weekend!!! Tht's right I keep forgetting you live far. I am going to try to be there on the 17th. if I can get someone to stay with the kids. What time will the meeting be? I better go check my folder. Wow Tia 17 months huh? I can't wait to be there too. I want time to fly by now. lol My appointment with Sloan and Anne is on the 16th of January. I can't wait to get that day over with because the nurse told me they will be putting in for authorization that day. I hope my insurance does not take forever to respond. Hey Cira - The support group meeting is from 6-7 at DVR's office. I am really hoping to make it as I didn't make November or December's, and really hate to miss. If you can't make it, I'll take notes, I promise! Let me know how everything goes on the 16th. Just do what you need to do! Tia

Tia- I live in Dundalk and am an Obesity Help Certified and Trained Support Group Leader. My support group is part of Baltimore Bariatrics. We are meeting the 2nd Wednesday of every month in my surgeon's office off of Cromwell Bridge Road. The group is a pretty healthy group. If you would like to consider our group meeting - just let me know. I would be more than happy to connect you. Debra
