Need Aetna HMO Primary Care Provider
Kim,
That's her name, I couldn't remember it for nothing. That's who my partner went to for PCP and she also did her post-op care. Dr. Fullum is indeed a good surgeon; however, the office staff he had at that time had the professionalism of a mosquito so she no longer wanted to go there. She went back for a post-op and sat there for 45-60 minutes and when we asked what was going on with Dr. Fullum that's when they told her he had been called away on an emergency. What would have been prudent was to advise the patients awaiting an appointment and let the patient determine whether or not they wanted to wait for him or reschedule so we left. We were almost home and he called her cell phone and asked her why she didn't stay. And she told him way and after that Dr. Tapscott took care of her post-op exams. We are of the mind set when we make an appt and are on time, we expect to be seen and if you have been called away on an emergency, your office manager need to advise your patients so they can make an informed decision.
C.B. if you are looking for someone close, my physician is Joanna Saba in Owings Mills. I can supply you with her contact info if you liek
Girl you arent telling nothing but the truth! When I first started dealing with them, I would be on hold on the phone for an hour, then they hang up on you. I HATED calling them because it had happened on more than 1 occasion. They had me reconsidering WLS big time, I mean, if they didnt have time for me, why would I want to put all my eggs in their basket, ya know? I dont know if since Fullum left thier case load decreased and they got thier act together or what, but nowadays, they have been on point with the customer service aspect. I havent had any more problems with them in the last 3 months.
