Hello, I am back one week later and 20lbs lighter I want to thank you all

Moring all I am actually back to work, feeling fine, and I had my first appointment Tuesday a week after surgery and I am 20lbs lighter. Still on fluid, but I seem to be ok with that. I want to thank so many of you for your well wishes and advise to my dumb questions. I will of course have more when I am back on solids and getting this protein issue down but for now I want to wish all of you the best of holidays and a great coming new year!

Everyday is a learning day for awhile for you. It took me a couple of months before I became more comfortable with my eating/drinking schedule. Stay focused and you're going to get stronger everyday. -Daniel
