Hi Evelyn, Girl you lost 1/2 a pound and that is great! They told me I needed to maintain or lose but not gain. I think you did great. When do you go back? I thought I had to go back on the 15th but it is actually on the 16th instead. You know what she really didn't suggest anything to me just showed me her famous plastic fake food portions. ughhh. Dear Tia!! Whoohoo girl I just read your message and I must say with my NY Rican accent "Girl, You are Da Bomb"! Your post to me was full of awesome info and encouragement.
