Ok well I do not really post wow moments (not sure why) but I thought I would post this one. My water Arobics classes are ending this Saturday. Thankfully they are starting back up in January. So I figured I would get myself on a gym schedule 3 days a week. Well as most of you know I work at a gym partime, Well I went Tuesday night Wednesday night and today when I got off at 12. So I get on the treadmill and I am looking at a magazine (just the pictures because I amalso listening to music on my headset) and i start to pick up the pace and a fast beat song comes on by the ***** cat dolls (Dont cha) and my pace picks up and I START JOGGING. HOLY CRAP. I shocked mt self for a good 7 minutes I jogged. I WAS NEVER ABLE TO JOG BECAUSE IT WAS UNCOMFORTABLE BUT NOW 112 POUNDS LESS AND I JOGGED. I just had to share that with everyone. Thanks for listening Kelly

Thanks so much Tia. Yeah I would have never jogged pre-op. So I was proud of myself. Are you going to the dinner theater? Hope to meet you there. Have a great weekend Kelly

Hi Kelly, I 'imagine' myself jogging, but I am not sure the knees would hold up. I'll settle for walking briskly! Congrats on the WOW!!! Hugs, Mo

Kelly, I'm so happy for you and your WOW moment. It's a biggie too! I've only got as far as thinking about jogging. Same thoughts as Mo - would my knees hold up. Keep up the good work. I'm sure there's many more WOW moments in your future. TraciL
