Finally feeling somewhat better after my surgery November 21. What a trip though. I know I have to be feeling better because I made myself and HUBBY solid food items for dinner. Of course, my was all pulverized. He was surprised that I had been able the fix the meal. Thanks for all the help I received the 1st week. I just can't wait for spring. I know I will be hop, skipping, and jumping. Christmas seems a bit beyond me right now. I will enjoy it but not in the fashion I usually tackle it. I don't hear too much from LapBander except for the Ohio people. I must be a rare breed???? See y'all soon.

Hi Diane! Welcome back. I don't know so much about bands, but I can say that it will get better every day. Sounds like you are right on schedule. Hugs, Mo

Hey Diane - Glad to hear you're on the mend! Trust me, every day gets easier. Although I wasn't banded, Heather Modispaw was, and I'm sure once she has some time, she'll be posting. She's a great lady and I'm sure will be a big help/inspiration to you. Nonetheless, please feel free to post any questions/concerns you might have - we're all in this together, and I know this board is great!!!! Take care, Tia

Welcome back! Glad to see you on the mend. I have to agree about Christmas. The thought of baking just escapes me. I can't eat it. Oh well, I do make a mean pecan shortbread (I can even make it sugarless!) Aime
