Sandra D is home 1 day early!

I am happy to report that Sandra is doing great and the Doctor let her go one day early because she was doing so well. Sandra said that they took excellent care of her and that the entire staff was on her beck and call. She is having a little discomfort where the drain is in and she can't wait until Tuesday when it gets taken out!! Yay!!!!! I am so happy for you Sandra! I hope you continue to do great. I am very proud of you! Thank you everyone who kept Sandra in their thoughts and prayers! Cira

Thats great. cira thanks for posting this. I can relate to the drain tube. It was very uncomfortable and was so happy to get it out a week later. Sandra welcome back home and welcome to the losers bench

You're welcome it's my pleasure! I remember when I had my gall bladder removed in 1993 that drain tube was the worse thing ever especially coming out. I hope it is not as bad as back then coming out. I really don't look forward to that. I am such a big baby! lol Cira

I think we can all relate to that discomfort and inconvenience of the drain. That was my one area of discomfort after I came home. I am so happy that Sandra is doing so well. Aime

I'm doing well. I am not getting as tired as I was a few weeks ago. I still get tired, but I am recharging easily. I now fit in an extra large. I am so excited about that. I think I skipped extra larges on the way up in weight.
