Who's lurking ...or not ????
Well I guess I will add to te mush mush. This is my first Thanksgiving Post-op and my first Thanksgiving at my mother-in-laws. A little nervous but I know it will all turn out great. I do have to say I am very grateful this year for my insurance approval my fast surgery date and my great recovery. And the great group meetings that we have and the wonderful people I have met on here. I finally bought a scale and weighed my self and I have lost 103 pounds. So I am very grateful for that. Mo have a safe trip and a great Thanksgiving. And to anyone else that readys this post Happy Thanksgiving to you too.
Take Care
Kelly

I will be leaving in the morning to have cornish hen with my mom. She is looking forward to developing a menu I can eat and that she can feel sated by for our dinner.
My mother lives in western Maryland near Frostburg. I am not particurlarly concerned about the foods. I just didn't want her to be alone.
I am also thankful for this website and the people that participate on it. It has helped me with my journey. Tomorrow I am 6 weeks post op.
Have a safe and happy weekend.
