How is everyone today? Sorry I've been "incommunicado", but with taking care of my Mom and trying to get stuff together for Thanksgiving, I haven't had much computer time lately. Things are good though! Eating, fluids, supplements and protein are good. I haven't been to the gym in over a week, but I'm trying not to stress about it. I'm hoping to get back there today or tomorrow. So what's up in your world? I saw the pics from the get together yesterday. I wish I could've joined you all. Maybe next time Everybody ready for Thanksgiving? I'm not sure when I'll get back in here, but just wanted to stop in and let you know you were all in my thoughts Have a wonderful day! Take Care, Terry

Good morning Terry Hope McMom is improving steadily! You missed a fun group yesterday. Are you coming on December 17 to the Timonium Dinner Theater? I still have the pictures from the 11th that I need to post, as well as some from yesterday too. My camera takes such 'huge' pictures that it's a challenge to upload them, but I am going to see if I can do them tonight. Have a good week! Hugs, Mo

Hi Terry, Hope your Mom is doing better. Getting stuff ready for the holiday and taking careof her is a lot to do! I hope you will have an enjoyable Thanksgiving. I don't have to cook so I am a happy camper. Just have to show up and help as I can. Fortunate am I. Sorry you couldn't join us. It was a wonderful time of putting faces to names for me. I really enjoyed myself. Maybe we will get a chance to meet sometime soon. Be well and breathe during your time off this week. Julie

Hi Terry! Glad I only have a 3 day work week this week. Having turkey dinner at my house Thursday and Friday thru Sunday we are going to Virginia Beach to visit my BIL and family. We are staying at a Sunspree Resort on the oceanfront. THey've got great off season rates and there is an indoor pool with a lazy river. Kylie (and Daddy and I) will have a GREAT TIME! hehehe Glad to hear McMom is on the mend. Dad got out of the hospital on Saturday. Blood work and stress test say he didn't have a heart attack so I suspect it was anxiety. The only blessing about the whole thing is that they found some things wrong with his blood work (high platelets and high red count) and they want him to see a blood specialist or oncologist. So, we're in limbo now. Sorry I missed Chili's! Maybe next time

Hi Terry. Well, the weekend went by too quickly, as usual. I am so glad that this is a 3 day work week. I need some extra time off! We are going to Connecticut for Thanksgiving so that will be very nice. I am going to bake some of my pumpkin muffins and a sugar free pumpkin cheese cake. I hope the cheesecake turns out. I wanted a couple of good choices for me available so I won't feel deprived while the rest of the family eat apple pie or pumpkin pie with icecream, etc. I am going to try and do some cookies for a bake sale at the high school tomorrow. I am in a baking mood so it works out nicely. Had a nice weekend. I didn't do a whole lot. Finally got rid of all my old clothes. Took 4 boxes to Goodwill and then I bought a couple of blazers and blouses from there myself. We watched MI 3 on Saturday and then went to see Casino Royale last night. Both are good movies. I like the new James Bond. Didn't think I would like him but turns out he is a good fit. Oh, Dallas beat Indianapolis. My hubby is happy about that, but I really like the colts and Peyton Manning so I wanted both teams to win. Can't happen though I suppose. Church was really good. We had a great message about blessings. I am still thinking on it today. Have a great day! Hugs, Robin

I will be driving to spend Thanksgiving with my mother. She already has planned to put a cornish hen in her crockpot for us. I am looking forward to a quiet 4 day weekend. Aime
