Aha moment for me!

Good morning all, Last weekend I went shopping for clothes. No longer had a choice! LOL. Bought stuff 3 sizes smaller than last summer, woohoo! I started at a size 34 in pants and am down to a 28. What a great blessing! I found a pair of size 28 in my closet and couldn't believe it when they fit. I have had so much leg pain that it has been hard to bear. Getting feedback like this is keeping me going. That, and all of your encouragement. When I did my laundry this week and hung up the pants, I couldn't believe how much less fabric there was. Thanks to all of you for your postings. They lift my spirits. Julie

I put on a pair of pants friday that i had't worn in 2 years. It felt so good to have them slip right on. Actually, they are a little on the loose side. Guess I will have to go shopping very soon also. Great work! Aime
