Happy Election Day!

Good Morning Everybody! How is everyone today? Remember to get out and do your civic duty today! What's up in your world? How goes the eating, fluids, supplements, protein and exercise? I'm doing A-OK on all fronts. I didn't feel well when I got home from work yesterday but I forced myself to go workout anyway and I'm glad I did. It's been busy here at work (busy time of year) and I've been busy at home with doing the "usual" stuff and getting ready for my Mom's surgery next Monday. I'm looking forward to our get together this Saturday (see Tia's earlier post for time and place). Mo, I'm glad to see that you made it through your test and you're cleared for five years! Good morning Terry I'm waiting for the vet's office to open this morning. I need to call about Poncho .. he's started acting very un-Poncho-like. He's always a ball of motion and energy and he's gotten very lethargic the last day or so. Major relief to be done with yesterday. My philosophy tends to be not to stress until they give me a reason to, so the procedure was not my issue. I KNEW they would give me good drugs but I was prepared not to like the prep .. but even that was not so bad as it's been the other times. Once I know when I can get Poncho into the vet's office I'll make plans to go vote. It's just down the street and around the corner. If it weren't rainy I would entertain the idea of walking down there. I had thought about trying to go to Big Vanilla today for a 'tour' of the facility. I might still do that later if I get motivated, though my motivation level is down today. It took a HUGE amount of effort to go downstairs and make coffee. ok, I'm going to go get another cup of coffee and contemplate doing something useful in the house today. Hugs, Mo

Hey Terry! Just working hard today. Had my review yesterday and got a nice increase! Once I get home we'll be walking to the elementary school and voting. I'll be glad once the polls are closed, the signs come down, and the commercials/fliers STOP! hehehe What a waste of paper. I had just meat and OJ for breakfast WOOHOO to protein! About to have a snack of turkey bologna and swiss. Lunch I packed a can of chicken (YUM) and dinner involves something quick due to voting (maybe hot dogs and beans!). Have a great one!

Good morning. Yep, I voted! Now we will hear nothing but voting updates and results on tv and the radio. Doing okay with my eating. I did workout yesterday but haven't gotten around to it yet today. I haven't had time to leave my desk. I really need to make myself take lunches. I just don't want to go outside right now. Soo cold. burrr! I have a hard time looking forward to walking in the cold. Maybe I'll go to curves tonigh****er is okay but could be better. All good with the supplements/vitamins. I am quite busy at work. My guys are traveling a lot the next few weeks so I have a lot of stuff to do for that. One of my guys is going to three different places next week and we just now finalized his itinerary. I prefer to get things done a lot sooner than this but I had to wait on him and on info for a conference he wants to attend. I got my haircut. It's cute. I am still getting used to it and will play around with it to decide how i want to style it. My kids said it makes me look older, not bad older but closer to my age. That's okay. I just feel that it will look so much better without all the thinness and dryness from losing so much. I hope to figure out how to get a picture the right size so I can post a new avitar. I just can't seem to get my files small enough. I am slowing moving my info from the old to the new profile. I am looking forward to this weekend as well. It'll be great seeing y'all again and meeting some new folks. I am not sure if my girls will be coming as they have something planned that evening. Robin, I just checked out your latest profile. Love the strawberries and holy manoly! If I hadn't looked I never would have recognized you on Saturday! You are doing SO GOOD!
