I need every ounce of help I can get!
Hi everyone
Well this is the first time ever i really have struggled with surgery..Im a yr out.. And can basically eat what I want, exept for sweets they still give me dumping syndrome as with cereals..
I recently moved to open a restaurant with my family and were out in the middle of no where, Im eating healthy though it seems as though in my head im huge..or i feel heres the feeling where I was before, Im thinking of taking a membership at curves, just to get mving but my job is very strenuous already im always moving there, but i feel if i dont the lbs will pack themselfs on.. I do eat healthy but sometimes i do indulge..
Im still trying to lose 25 lbs, is there anyone near going through what im going through, fighting the demons that still live in our psyche, i mean just cuz we got WLS doesnt mean it cures us..Its just a stepping stone, we have to work at our demons still!
Can anyone give me tips on how to stay on track?
I agree with Aime. You are active at work but curves (or other gym membership) will be fun and a true workout that will make you feel better about yourself. Yes, we do have to work out our demons. You are doing well. Keep it up. You are worth all the effort that it will now take to lose those last 25 and maintain for life! Occassional indulgences are not terrible. Just keep the protions limited and the number of incidences to a minimum.
Hugs, Robin
