Just wanted share with you all a great stair step to success. Today my sister measured me, which was the first time since 8/24/06 (surgery date 8/15/06). I have lost a total of 87.7 inches which equals out to 7 feet 3 inches!!! I have lost 59+ pounds which was amazing in its self but to see it in the measurments was awe striking....I would suggest anyone getting ready for the surgery or if you are newly post-op, measure and keep a record because it will make you smile and keep you motivated.

Congratulations Rosaline! That is awesome! I measure as well and it is a great motivator. I have had a couple of months where the weight loss was not tremendous but the inches proved that I am still losing. Keep smiling! Hugs, Robin
