WTH???

No Tia, Terry or Mo I am at a loss today

Hi Steph, I'm sort of here. Earlier I was going back and forth with Heather on the November outing thread and hadn't really had a chance to start a TGIF thread .. but I am REALLY happy for Friday to be here. This being in the office 5 days straight has been a struggle this week. It's not that I haven't been working these last couple of weeks, but I haven't been in the office .. I've had things outside going on so it's seemed like I've been 'off'. I don't have much planned for the weekend. Last Sunday I made a trip to Kohls and purchased a new 'pillow top-type' mattress pad and new flannel sheets. I think I'm going to turn the bedroom inside out tomorrow and put the new stuff on the bed. It's also time to figure out what is what in the wardrobe and maybe make some seasonal changes and put the obviously warm weather clothes away so they are not in my way. I think we will probably go out to dinner tomorrow night with Jeff and Wendy. That is a regular Saturday night event. The boys sit and talk 'shop' while Wendy and I try to talk around them . Sunday I'll be on clear liquids while I get ready for my Monday a.m. colonoscopy prep. I'm not really dreading it too much because the prep this time is a different one that the ones previously. It maybe just as distasteful, but since I don't know what to expect, I'm going to be positive about it. We are closed on Tuesday for Election Day, so I'll have a day to 'recover' from the colonoscopy event. I've got things scheduled outside of the office on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons so it's going to be a short week in the office for me again since we will be off next Friday for Veterans Day. Ok, enough about me..... What are y'all doing today, this weekend, next week .. etc. All you posters and lurkers speak up here!! Hugs, Mo

Hi Mo, Happy Friday!! I have been fighting a nasty cold all week so I am just so glad it's over. Not much planned for the weekend here just the normal, groceries, laundry and cleaning I do every weekend (I need a life) but when you work all week when else do you get to do it. Good luck on your test Monday don't stress out to much about it I have had one done and there was nothing to it, I worked myself all up before I went, they gave me some drugs and I don't remember a thing about it. Hope you have a great weekend, it's supposed to be cold so try to stay warm. Stephanie

This will be my third since June of 2002. I know they will knock me out so I'm not really stressed about the procedure part .. it is the prep that I dread, but this time it's a Go-Lightly prep thing not the Fleet Phosphasoda so maybe it won't be so bad. Thanks for the positive wishes! I'll be hanging around the puter on Monday a.m. while the 'stuff' is working before I leave about 12:30 for my appointment. Hugs, Mo
