My first post-op visit

Hello everyone, Today I went to the surgeon for my first post-op visit. I am officially down 16lbs from my pre-op weight. And I am on full liquids. Thats probably not a big deal to most, but I have been on clear liquids for 11 days in a house full of people that have to eat real food. Anyway I wanted to share because I am excited.

:) Congratulations, Lisa. Eleven pounds is a great number. Just remember what you would have had to do before to lose 11 pounds! Cheer up! It's all excitement and losing (downhill) from here. Enjoy, and continue to feel better. My surgery comes up on 11/6.

Congratulations on the 16 pounds! I am so glad that you are doing great. This is a major accomplishment it is a major deal for sure! I can't wait to meet you and the others on the losing side. Keep in touch! Cira

Great Job. I am 2 weeks post op now. Not sure what amount I have lost already. I know my clothes are fitting better and differently. I have one more week of full liquids then I can start with foods. I am handling the foods well. Keep the faith. aime
