Happy Friday!
Good Morning Everybody!
Just wanted to say "hey". It's shaping up to be a busy day here. How is your day so far? How goes the eating/protein/fluids/supplements and exercise? About the same for me...doing great on everything except I still haven't made it to the gym. I'm hoping to get there tomorrow morning (but it's not looking too promising). If I don't make it to gym tomorrow, I'll do my elliptical at home tomorrow and Sunday.
Well, I gotta get rolling here before the files overtake me...
Have a Wonderful Day and a Great Weekend!
Terry
Morning Terry.
I will be busy today too. I always like to leave for the weekend with everything caught up and put away. I ended up getting in nearly 4 miles yesterday of walking. Pretty cool. I am ready for the weekend. Stephanie has a concert tonight, Third Day, so I am leaving work early to take her to meet her friends. (only about a half hour early) I have lots happening tomorrow. Ladies meeting a church, crafts and brunch. Then I wanted to go to the Mazefest but it looks like I have a team builders meeting with the worship team at church that I forgot about. Oh well, Mazefest next year I suppose.
I am working on getting in my protein, water and vitamins. I am usually good with everything except the water. I'll have to focus on that today. I plan on spending my lunch doing my strength training exercises, as I slept in this AM.
Have a great weekend.
Hugs, Robin
Hello Terry and Marylanders!
I'm working from home today...and am taking a small break to post (shhh! don't tell anyone!) This weekend my mother is in town visiting from Illinois...so I'll be busy with family.
Next weekend a few people from the WLS Singles board are coming to Germantown to visit. We will be having dinner at Jasper's in Germantown at 7 p.m. if anyone wants to join us! Terry and Teresa are coming and we are a fun crowd!!
Hope everyone has a great day!!

Howdy!
Just a bit late here today! I was on the road at 7 this morning. Had to meet a co-worker at the Park & Ride to drive up to Westminster together. The conference was pretty interesting, but I'm definitely ready for the weekend!
I woke up about 3 a.m. this morning and was SO disoriented that I had no idea what day it was. I was SURE it was Saturday, but had a panic attack because I couldn't remember Friday. Needless to say, I went back to sleep and had it straight when the clock went off.
Now that the 'traveling' month of October is over, I'm going to make plans to check out Big Vanilla and see about joining a gym.
Hugs, Mo
