Hey Yvonne - I don't need weather to make me sleepy!! Although pre-op, it would've been from sleep apnea, now it's just from a hectic life!! Buy-bye to those 25 pounds! That's wonderful! Haven't seen any updates from Adrienne - hope all went well with her! Take care, Tia

Hi Yvonne. The sun is finally shining here in Baltimore. I just finished a nice brisk 40 minute walk. It was windy at times but I still managed to work up a sweat. I haven't heard about Adrienne. I hope to get a chance to call this weekend. She is such a sweetie pie. Please let me know if you hear anything and I'll do the same. Hugs, Robin
