November Get Together
Okay, so it looks like November 11 is the best for everyone (sorry, Mo!, but I know you're planning on heading to CT if the proposals don't work out!).
So the tentative agenda is to meet at the Pennsylvania Dutch Farmer's Market on York Road in ****eysville at 9 a.m. I don't know the address, but check Valley View Farms's website for directions to there, because it's right next door to them. It's in a shopping center, actually, it used to be a Metro. There's plenty of parking, and we can meet right outside, or right inside the doors if it's cold (I hope!) Bring cash or checks, I don't think any of the places take credit cards, but I could be wrong.
After the Amish market, we'll head over to Valley View, and from there, it's open. Wegman's and Hunt Valley Towne Centre is right around the corner, so we'll wing it! Valley View does take credit cards by the way.
Just let me know if you're gonna be there!! Looking forward to seeing you!
Take care,
Tia
I'll be there unless some tall, dark, handsome dude sweeps me off my feet and takes me to the bordeaux region of france for an extended holiday....HA (fat chance of anything remotely like that happening)....at this point I'd be thrilled with a nice dinner, good conversation and a dvd...I really am easy to please...hehe
Well, all I know is he'd better have a friend for me!!! I had to laugh when I saw the word bordeaux - a girl I used to work with dyed her hair and it was purplish-red!! When somebody questioned her about the color, she said it was, "bor-dee-ax!" I said, "Do you mean bordeaux? That's a wine!!!!" Oh, well, thanks for the chuckle!!!
Yes, I know you're easy....to please!!!
Tia
