Having trouble falling asleep

Hi there! After two hours of trying to fall asleep, decided to find out how you slept two nights before the BIG day? Tonight my wonderful husband and I went out for our "last supper" actually we have been going out every night this week as I am too anxious to cook. While we were out, I bought two pillows at Target to take to the hospital. I had forgotten about the protein and vitamins, etc. so we went to David's Health Food Store. I submitted my photo a few days ago but it is still not appearing. Maybe I should send it again? Tonight, I also, updated my blog. Had to transfer the info from the old style to the new beta version. Too make the day go faster, I had a manicure, pedicure and facial. The technician where I was going? I just laughed and said to visit with a bunch of people. I now know what I am going to do to get through tonight, our dog needs a bath and blow dry. Good project for me and then if still not tired will clean out bird cage.

Best wishes for an uneventful surgery and a very speedy recovery! I had a pedicure on Saturday before my Monday surgery date. I got LOTS of compliments in the hospital about my 'pretty' toes. Today is going to pass by quickly for you and you will be back home again before you even know it! Hugs, Mo

Hi - You know, it seems like so long ago that I had my surgery that I don't remember how I slept prior. Although since I had sleep apnea, I'd guess that I slept like the dead and was still tired! I don't remember being nervous, just anxious to get started. It's such an amazing journey, and time will fly, I promise. Just know that any emotions you're feeling are completely normal. Good luck with everything, and post when you can to let us know how everything went! Tia

Wishing you a very uneventful surgery and speedy recovery. I had my surgery on the 3rd and I had a hard time sleeping a few days before. I finally did an old home rememdy my Gran used to give me. Warm milk with a touch of honey. Maybe it was just because she used to give it to me but it was a comfort and I was able to get some sleep...not alot but some. See you on the losing side! ~Heather
