Any ideas? I walk as much as i can, get up and move around. Anything else I can do to help?

Hi Margie, I went throught the exact same thing last week. Aside from walking, I forced myself to burp as much as I could, especially after each sip of the water/juice mixture. On the evening of the third day post-surgery, I was able to finally begin passing gas. I used grape juice in my mixture. I do not know whether or not it made a difference. On the fourth day, the gas was almost non-existent. Now I am dealing with the nasty bad breath! All the best, Richelle

Thanks so much, I guess I'm just not moving around enough. Will try to do more of that tomorrow. Margie

Hi Margie, Walking around and moving as much as you can can help. I would suggest the chewable Gas-X tabs, but I'm not sure you should have that this close to surgery. Call your surgeon's office to find out if the chewable Gas-X tabs are ok this soon. If they say yes, then I'd try them. Glad to hear that the only thing you're asking for help on is "gas". Take Care, Terry

Hey Margie, Glad to see you up and around! I used ho****er and lemon and that helped me. It helped with the gas and with the constipation. Maybe that would be worth a go. ~Heather
